Yes indeed! We do refurbish homes/flats depending on how bad it is, and yes our service is free of charge. We will request photos and a video before initially coming to the flat and draw up a plan with you. We will then make the contract and sign the agreement.

Depending on our agreement the maximum we would lease a place for is 5 years, if we are happy and want to renew during the last year we will come to another agreement.

No, we are not an estate agents, we are a property management company which is why we are able to do everything free of charge. We also only work with a select number of landlords so unlike estate agents who have hundreds of properties with no consideration for yours, we are attentive to each of our landlords and provide the same premium service for each.

Thanks to our current high standard of accommodation we have a number of applicants taken through our normal checks that tick all the boxes.
