In 2020, Dove Apartments was established with the initial goal of assisting landlords in finding tenants during the pandemic. However, we quickly gained widespread recognition and became a renowned name, serving landlords and homeowners nationwide.

2020
A Dove is Born

A landlord had approached me asking if I knew anyone that could do building works during the covid outbreak - this small conversation ended up being the catalyst for the start of Dove. We began to plan our approach building

August 2020
Opening the Door

Our first property is found! We noticed a gap in the market where more and more families were looking for short term housing in Central London however struggled to find. This was one of our USPs which drew more and more people to use us.

February 2021
Dove Apartment Hosting

Continuing to host in our first property we almost have our first sold out year. We continue to provide the same high standard of service that we began with. Three Properties and 200 Guests later Dove Apartments continues its growth and have plans to expand its offering outside of London. We maintain a 4.75/5 star aggregated rating on all booking platforms with many return clients.

February 2022
Office!

Our first office! For two years Dove has been run online and in a park. The hard work has begun to pay off and we are now hiring staff that will continue to maintain our day to day duties as we work on expansion.

Scaling Up

Now at six properties we continue to improve our current offerings and work on our processes as we proceed on our expansion plans.

David Denteh

Founder

Having finished University David quickly went on to start two successfully growing retail companies. Business has always been his forte from a young age where he began by selling cookies, crisps and drinks in school to now owning one of the largest catering equipment retail companies.

Patrick Rakowski
Co-Founder

Patrick had an early upbringing in the property industry as his Dad was a builder. He learnt alot of traits working for his Dad and made many connections in the industry. Thanks to this we have many property developers at hand to support any big and small projects we have.
