4. Dynamic Pricing
Using real time data specific to your area, we can create accurate valuations for each calendar month. This dynamic pricing strategy is then adjusted depending on your home’s availability and other parameters every 24 hours. These strategies help maximise occupancy and returns.

David Denteh
Founder
Having finished University David quickly went on to start two successfully growing retail companies. Business has always been his forte from a young age where he began by selling cookies, crisps and drinks in school to now owning one of the largest catering equipment retail companies.
Patrick Rakowski
Co-Founder
Patrick had an early upbringing in the property industry as his Dad was a builder. He learnt alot of traits working for his Dad and made many connections in the industry. Thanks to this we have many property developers at hand to support any big and small projects we have.
