We enter into a lease agreement for a mutually agreed term ranging from 1 to 5 years. During the lease term, we ensure a secure and reliable agreement by entering into a comprehensive lease contract.
Step 2
We conduct thorough inspections to ensure that the property meets high standards for our exclusive short-term guests. Any necessary repainting, furniture upgrades, or refurbishments are fully covered by our team.
Step 3
We guarantee to pay you the rent on the 31st day of every month without fail. At the end of the contract, we will collaboratively decide whether to renew the agreement or return the property.
